Through  their special building technique, it is possible to live in comfort all year  round without an active heating system. Instead, the permanent energy sources  include: the suns warming rays, the inhabitants and equipment to utilize  expended heat. Hence the TOPLINE PLUS system received  certification for passive housing by the ”Passivehaus Institute Darmstadt”.
